If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words in which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

“Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to The Mobile Fashion

“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.

“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.

“Website” refers to themobilefashion.com, accessible from https://themobilefashion.com

“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.

 

Shipping -

A) Can I pick up my order from your location?

Unfortunately, we do not stock any of our products in our offices and do not offer any order pick-up.

B) How do I check my order status?

Your order will be marked as shipped once it is dispatched. You will receive a shipping confirmation WhatsApp text with the tracking number (if available) and the shipping partner's name. You can use the tracking number to track your package on the respective shipping partner's website and contact them for any delivery issues.
 

C) Do you ship on holidays and weekends?

We dispatch all fresh orders on the same day or on the next working day.

We delivered the order to the customer within 2-9 working days. If the order is not delivered within said time period then you can Whatsapp at 8570870321 Monday to Sunday 10AM to 8PM.

TheMobileFashion observes all major Indian Holidays, and we do not ship out orders on those days. Monday to Saturday are business days. If you place an order on Saturday, your order will be shipped on Monday.
 

D) Can I change the address/contact number after shipping?

Once an orders is shipped, you cannot change your address/contact number.
 

E) What are your shipping options?

For orders within India, we ship through reputed shipping partners like Delhivery, Xpressbees, DTDC, Bluedart, Professional Couriers and even India Speed Post. The order gets delivered within 2-9 business days, depending on your shipping address. It might take additional working days for a few PIN codes.

Your package may be sent through any of these couriers based on your pin code, location, service availability and delivery service quality of our shipping partners in a particular sector. For orders with PIN codes of remote areas, packages will be sent via Speed Post, which can take 3-4 additional working days to deliver.
 

Find a Missing Package That Shows As Delivered:
Sometimes the delivery status is updated in advance and you may see your package marked as "delivered" even if you have not received it. It may not have been delivered yet, but it's heading to the address you've selected and it will be there soon.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

A) Can I cancel the order before delivery?

You can cancel your order only if it has not been shipped. Once orders are shipped, refunds will be processed after we receive the returned package from your side.

If a package is refused during delivery or returned due to consignee unavailability, a  restocking fee + return shipping fee of ₹90 will be applicable. This amount will be deducted from your refund amount. What is return shipping fee? The return shipping fees that our shipping partners charge us for each package.


B) How do I cancel my order?

WhatsApp text us on 8570870321 with your order details and cancellation request to cancel your order.

Conditions for Returns

A) What will be the mode of refund?

Your refunds will be processed either to your bank account/upi/wallet as upto you.


B) How much time will it take for my refunds to show up?
Once we receive your returned package, your refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days. Once the refund has been processed, allow 2-7 business days for it to reflect.

C) I ordered a wrong item. Can I return it?

TheMobileFashion don't support the return of item(s) ordered wrongly.

D) If I received order in a condition that is-

In order to be eligible for a refund, Return request is accepted only when customer received Broken product/different product/different color.

In this case, we required unboxing video of courier bag & product without any cut, pause, editing and send this video on WhatsApp 8570870321 for return request within 48 hours of receiving your order.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 48 hours have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

 

PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product. Once the glass is removed from the backplate(or the plastic protector is removed from the back) / glass is installed on the phone, the damages will not be covered either. 
 

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to Us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
